Following years of research and development a unique Swedish Skin Care formulation was awarded patent protection (U.S. Patent 6,096,326) in the United States in 2000. To further protect our intellectual property interests as well as those of our existing and future licensees, Swedish Skin Care also filed for patent protection in Canada. The Company's Canadian patent application was granted in 2008 as Canadian Patent No. 2,301,009, thereby allowing Swedish Skin Care's flagship technology to be licensed and marketed under patent protection in North America.
